GENERAL SUMMARY

10+ years of IT experience in working with Kinaxis Rapid Response product. Should have a strong background in providing support for Kinaxis Rapid Response Application administration. Resolve Rapid Response data issues during inbound and outbound flows in Rapid Response modules. Perform administration tasks including setups and installations for Rapid Response Data Integration Server and Planning Server as part of upgrade release cycles and maintenance. Monitor scheduled tasks as part of inbound and outbound data flows from Rapid Response to other partner systems like Oracle E-Business Suite.Resolve the issues arising during the data update process. Work with Kinaxis Product Support in case product defects arise.Work with extended business teams to resolve data issues.Managing Rapid Response server resources,data change tracking and record identification.Maintain existing model, respond to issues and provide day-to-day administration of the system. Strong experience integrating and troubleshooting systems in a Windows Server environment.Strong experience creating and analyzing PowerShell and/or Command Shell scripts.Conducts complex system maintenance by planning and developing strategy on patch management, firmware management and Operating Systems upgrades in line with best practices.Good experience in Oracle 11g/12c Weblogic, Oracle SOA,Oracle ADF,OSB,BPEL integration and administration. Highly skillful in installation and administration of clustered H/A middleware environments. Well versed with deployment, migration, patching and maintenance of middleware applications. Working experience on UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms, and shell scripting. Good analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills. Exposure to Oracle ERP Suite 12.x and Oracle Database 12c. Nice to have cloud technologies like AWS and Azure. Nice to have experience in CI/CD. Team player, results-oriented, problem solving skills.
