As a Wireless Modem Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:Specification, design, verification and implementation of digital hardware for next generation wireless modem technologies that include 4G, 5G and Wireless LAN Technologies. Individuals in this role are responsible for developing next generation cellular handset modems.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

-2+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science-Front end RTL design and synthesis-Development of high-speed customized logic cells-Wireless or wireline modem communications or DSP background-Logic design for wireless modem ASICs or custom data-path components for DSP applications (sequential and arithmetic components).-Ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS technology nodes such as 28 and 20nm and 14nm-General knowledge in design process, digital design, design (hw/sw) verification tools and techniques, communications systems, computer architecture, etc.-Knowledge of Scripting and automation skills: Unix/Linux shell programming, Perl, Java, Makefile, XML-Strong critical thinking, problem solving and test planning skills-Good communication and interpersonal skills
