Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Utilizing Qualcomm systems will provide sales support activities including but not limited to:
+ Drive customer set up activities in region, including contract executions (NDAs, MSAs, Licenses etc); customer web support and domain validation process and ensuring timely web access to Qualcomm materials and datasheet delivery.
+ Drive commercial and channel post on-boarding support in region such as verification of partner accounts, Channel partner forecasting and managing partner claims through purchase order management.
+ Supporting delivery of key materials and information to customers.
+ Quote generation, entry, approval, delivery, and tracking support
+ Assisting with opportunity pipeline tracking; generating supporting data and analysis including tracking customer inventories and sales, providing Salesforce Opportunity Management support.
+ Sales team support activities, assisting with special projects, reporting and regional meetings as needed; supporting forecasting process as required; provide ad hoc support for special queries as needed.
The ideal candidate will have;
+ Industry knowledge: Must have knowledge of the end-to-end sales process, including but not limited to contract requirements, on-boarding process flow, and associated regulations and systems.
+ Technical acumen: Ability to understand manual processes and develop world class process improvements to streamline and simplify job tasks. Ideally have Oracle ERP experience, along with SalesForce, Marketo and other on-boarding tools.
+ Analytical skills: Strong effective analytical skills and experience in the use of analytical tools and frameworks to evaluate sales opportunities, enabling the creation of summary reports for management.
+ Project Management: Demonstrable experience of managing projects.
+ Organizational Skills: Highly organized professional who communicates well, has a ‘lifelong learner’ personality and enjoys taking on new tasks that they may not have previous experience with. This role requires someone who enjoys and works well with and as part of cross-functional teams, excels in a fast-paced environment and can make order out of chaos.
+ Building Relationships: Collaborates openly, respectfully, and inclusively creating trusting relationship within own and wider teams and with customers allowing for clear, concise explanation of issues, gain insights and develop connections.
+ Communicate Effectively: Must have demonstratable communications skills, in both verbal and written form being able to communicate clearly and accurately in an open manner whether it be in person, written or via tele conference, and across cultures and with various levels within the organization.
+ Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
+ Decision Making: Able to make objective and ethical decisions ensuring proper alignment with Direct Line Manager.

+ Ability to work and thrive in a customer-facing, deadline driven faced-paced environment
+ Must be well organized and very detail oriented
+ Excellent follow-through skills, comprehensive closure with all issues/projects/requests
+ Effective and efficient problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to ad hoc requests as needed
+ Proven robust analytical and decision-making skills
+ Ability to negotiate the best outcome for the customer and company

Education/Experience
BS/BA degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or relevant and equivalent experience a must.
+ Requires 2 to 3 years related experience in the semiconductor industry and/or Sales support for the high-tech industry
+ Proven analytical and program management skills
+ Experience with contract documents ensuring customer agreements are fully executed and in accordance with contract specifications and guidelines
+ Experience with Oracle & Salesforce or other similar ERP and CRM systems
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
