Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility in work hours while requiring high availability and responsiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Handle email management, including sorting, responding to inquiries, and organizing emails.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Conduct internet research and compile data to assist with business development and marketing tasks.
Manage social media accounts and assist in content creation (if applicable).
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking (if applicable).
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other team members as needed.
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with online tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
Experience with social media management, basic graphic design, or content creation is a plus.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
