General Summary

The Candidate for QCT RFFE Business Operations Sr/Staff. will act as a key focal point in the organization for the management, communication, and execution in support of NPI development and mass production for products within the RFFE BU. This Candidate will work closely with Product Management, Regional Sales and Customer Service, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales Operations Forecast Group, Operations, Customer Engineering and other QCT organizations to perform a full range of product operations support activities. The successful candidate must be able to establish and maintain key collaborative relationships across multiple functional organizations and be familiar with their processes. The Candidate must also be able to create and manage reports and dashboards for management. In addition, the person must be proficient in working with multiple systems and tools. (Demantra, Rapid Response, Sale Force, Tableau) to quickly analyze data to ensure successful product launches from NPI to MP.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Demand planning. Forecast analysis, forecast trend analysis

+ Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

+ Organize regional forecast alignment meetings and leverage data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and optimize demand and safety stock planning.

+ Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

+ Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

+ Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

+ Generate management reporting on demand vs. supply to highlight areas of concern, allowing for maximum response time to resolve.

+ Work closely with Finance on financial planning exercises to ensure forecast, and supply constraints are fully understood and appropriately planned for

+ Support Regional Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Product Management with new business pursuits to drive future growth and profitability

+ Work closely with supply chain team; track supply allocations against requests highlighting, managing, and escalating any supply gaps

+ Participate in the monthly S&OP preparation as well as improvement to the overall S&OP process.

+ Participating in OEM core team meetings for on-going gathering of hardware requirements across complete chipset for R&D purposes

+ Provide operational support to Customer Service and Sales for OEM QBRs

+ This role may require working with customers in an international environment.

Additional requirements:

+ 5-7 years’ experience within operations / Finance or related field with operations background

+ BS in Business / Finance or related field required

+ Tableau and sale force experience a plus

+ Experience in data analytics. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

+ Experience in demand / forecasting

+ Presentation skills to executive teams (effective written and verbal communication skills)

+ Collaborative, teamwork mindset

+ Strong decision making and comfort in making data based recommendations
