Qualcomm is seeking an industry experienced Wireless IC Product Manager to help drive the company’s RF Front End PAMID product line. Role requires ability to drive strategic initiatives and execute against day-to-day business objectives for PAMID product line within the RFFE Business Unit.

Role Responsibilities:

+ Management of product’s life-cycle – product conception & definition, market introduction, customer promotion & support, and lifetime management

+ Product roadmap and business plan development

+ Assist in setting the strategic direction for RFFE PAMID product line

+ Performing competitive analysis

+ Role requires working collaboratively and in close coordination with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales and Regional Marketing teams

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

+ 8+ years Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 10+ Years of Product Management experience in RF, RFFE or related field

+ 7+ Years of in-depth experience and working knowledge of cellular RF Front End architectures

+ 7+ Years of experience of RF technical background in handset RF Front End or IC design, systems, test or applications engineering

+ 7+ years of experience working with customers on requirements and translating them into product specifications

+ Demonstrated effective communication skills working with cross-functional teams, engineering and business in a fast paced, collaborative technical environment

+ Strong analytical skills with proven ability to collect data, integrate and interpret information from multiple data sources and to conduct competitive analysis

+ 5+ years working on product roadmaps and business plan development

+ Effective presentation skills with ability to present at various levels of management and audiences

+ Ability to leads proactive discussions with colleagues from across the organization about addressing requirements, meeting client needs, and the immediate implications of that work.

+ Strong organizational and roadmap planning skills.

+ Previous experience in Engineering or Product Management roles in wireless semiconductor industry a plus

Education Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

+ Preferred: Master’s, Electrical Engineering/ MBA Degree
