Job Description: Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site calibration services, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment. Validates operational quality of system equipment. Serves as liaison for customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and identifies if work can be conducted on-site or must be performed in-lab based on equipment required accuracy. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to M&TE, system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of field service support experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Power supply calibration (up to 1000 W), Frequency counter calibration (up to 50 GHz), Oscilloscope calibration (up to 50 GHz), Signal generator calibration (up to 50 GHz), Function generator calibration, and Power meter calibration.

Preferred Qualifications: Field service support experience in all of the above areas and 3 or more of the following areas is preferred: Digital signal generator calibration (LTE and TD-SCDMA), Spectrum/signal analyzer calibration (up to 50 GHz), Network analyzer calibration (up to 50 GHz), Power sensor calibration (up to 50 GHz), Communication analyzer calibration (LTE and TD-SCDMA), and component/assembly level repair of radio frequency (RF) Measure & Test Equipment (up to 50 GHz).

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s, Electronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent military training
