The Sourcing Manager is responsible for the following:

+ Supplier relationship and negotiations, including capacity, global pricing, technology roadmaps, quality, lead-times and other business terms like contracts and other agreements.

+ Internal alignment and implementation of sourcing strategies.

+ Execution of sourcing plan to drive supply assurance and savings.

+ Support and Escalation Management of operational Sourcing teams in case of shortages.

+ Supplier Selection, Evaluation, Management and Development.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 8 years’ experience in Semiconductor high volume environment, including key experience interacting with Supply Chain, product, technology and engineering teams.

+ 3 years’ experience in a Strategic Sourcing role.

+ Good understanding of supply chain planning process and systems, including forecasting, attainment to plan, inventory strategies and supplier demand and supply communication in an international team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Strong negotiation skills.

+ Strong Team-player.

+ Ability to coordinate complex projects in cross-functional teams in a balance between technical requirements and commercial needs.

+ Demonstrated history of productive and successful interactions with a wide variety of internal stakeholders (technology, engineering, procurement, finance, costing, supply chain).

+ Contract negotiation skills.

+ Semiconductor experience with a technical understanding of Passive Components Manufacturing processes.

+ MS Office skills.

Educational Requirements:

+ Required: Bachelor, Industrial or Production Engineer or comparable education degree (also commercial background possible)

+ Preferred MBA
