Job Overview:

The associate marketing coordinator will support projects and initiatives for current and future sponsorships/partnerships within the Branded Tech Integrations team. Essential functions of the role will include:

+ Project management of team activity, existing partnership(s) execution and activation including:

Creative asset management for multiple properties, channels, functions (e.g. social, digital, PR, video)tracking and management of team calendar deliverable(s) timeline management for multiple properties coordination of recurring core team meetings and tracking of open action items for multiple properties support activation plan development for current portfolio including:

Budget tracking, status documents and reporting, logistics, content production schedules and logistics, other execution elements status document(s) development and maintenance Facilitation of legal/stakeholder review of creative/content

+ Regular research and reporting on state of sponsorship and brand partnership marketplace, major activity as it relates to technology/5G specific deals, key trend analysis

Media coverage, peer/competitor public statements, presentations, announcements, and speakerships

+ Research of prospective partnership properties, both inbound and proactive, to aid team in their assessments

+ Ongoing management, updates to Branded Tech Integrations Microsoft Teams channels

+ Coordination of foundational documents, ongoing deliverables from Branded Tech Integrations’ agency of record in support of and concert with manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

+ Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

+ Exceptional attention to detail

+ Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

+ Ability to provide thoughtful, strategic support

+ Ability to carry out assignments comprehensively with strong time management skills

+ Interest in taking initiative to create the new and different

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects concurrently
