Overview

The Su Lab is recruiting for multiple postdoctoral associates in bioinformatics and computational biology. These positions will participate in a wide variety of genomics and genetics analyses in close collaboration with world-class experimental researchers at Scripps. Example projects include N-of-1 cancer genomics, osteoarthritis, cystic fibrosis, and microbiomics.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in bioinformatics or biology, and as well as a good foundation in some form of computer programming and statistics. Past experience working with modern genomics data (next gen sequencing, microarrays, proteomics, etc.) is highly desirable.
