MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience.

+ Experience building timelines and gathering requirements

+ Ability to drive small projects and track internal tasks

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field.

+ 2+ years experience supporting project management and execution.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Contributes to and updates project planning activities (e.g., plans, schedules, and work breakdown structure) to support Project Managers or Leads on moderately sized projects or processes.

+ With support and guidance from managers, develops methods for tracking the progress and execution of moderately complex projects/processes to ensure deadlines are met.

+ Gathers and analyzes information and data for basic patterns and comparison to identify potential project gaps and track project metrics; proposes solutions for problems of moderate scope and complexity, and leverages available resources to achieve resolution.

+ Assists with implementing new and established processes and methods (e.g. tracking tools, schedules, databases, documentation management systems).

+ Coordinates across teams for moderately sized projects to identify and meet needs, communicate progress, and ensure compliance with processes and guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Frequently transports between offices, buildings and campuses up to ½ mile.

+ Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.

+ Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).

+ Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

+ Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers and vendors both in person and remotely.
