Operational lead for the Enterprise Sales team. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Enterprise Sales lifecycle within Qualcomm’s CRM system from lead creation through opportunity closure. You will ensure we have uniform processes, procedures, and data entry for our Enterprise, Public Sector, and Channel teams. You will oversee global operational training and support for sales, inside sales, and the multiple cross-functional teams required to support the programs. Must have the ability to review large amounts of data and understand multiple processes in order to aggregate into a streamlined procedure with well-defined roles and responsibilities. Must be able to establish data governance and data change management protocol. Must be able to clearly and concisely articulate complex material to people with varying degrees of technical understanding. Must be able to facilitate end to end change management efforts associated with any system implementation. Must be able to clearly identify process risks and constraints and take action to mitigate. You will be responsible for overseeing reporting requirements and the metrics associated with the overall program as well as the segmented areas within the program. Must ensure that support is meeting the required service level agreements. Most monitor the support threads and review cases to determine areas for improvement and schedule the necessary work with IT resources. Must be comfortable making decisions and priority calls in high tempo environments.

Key Responsibilities Include

+ Requires verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work with our external partners and manage multiple internal stakeholders

+ Most tasks require multiple steps that can be performed in various orders; some planning and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.

+ Deductive and inductive problem solving is required; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem; often information is missing or incomplete; intermediate data analysis/interpretation skills may be required.

+ Exercising creativity to draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.

+ Must be comfortable working with multiple different systems and tools.

+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

+ Maximize productivity and coordinate process improvements within our Enterprise Applications based on standard release cycles and upgrades

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of Sales or related work experience OR

+ Associate’s degree and 4+ years of Sales or related work experience OR

+ High school Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Sales or related work experience.

+ 2+ years’ experience in a CRM or Database management tool or equivalent

+ Requires verbal and written communication skills

+ Requires analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ 5+ years Salesforce experience
