Senior leadership position within supply chain organization responsible for corporate S & OP process, product data management, master data, supply chain reporting, and revenue/ inventory projections. Position will lead the installation of a new S & OP process across the company and install continuous improvement attributes within the function. Will need to have a firm understanding of all business and functions within the company that participate in the S & OP process. Group will own, manage and monitor key supply chain system settings and controls. Will manage product and supply chain attribute data for timeliness, accuracy, and expansion in coverage to meet business requirements. Group will be the main conduit of communication from supply chain to the rest of the corporate functions via reporting, update meetings, dashboards.

Knowledge & Skills:

+ Expertise in Sales and Operational Planning in a large corporate, multiple business unit environment.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively at executive and functional work levels.

+ Full understanding of master planning with rationalized and time bound supply capacity.

+ Knowledge of semiconductor product data requirements and systems.

+ Knowledge of typical key performance indicators of a complex supply chain.

+ Ability to explain supply chain requirements in detail and influence other departments in the benefits of strategic planning.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Industrial/Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 12+ years of supply chain, operations, procurement, industrial engineering, or related experience.

​PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Industrial/Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

+ 12+ years of supply chain, operations planning, or industrial engineering experience.

+ 10+ years of experience in Semiconductor or related industry.

+ 5+ years of Microsoft Office and Excel experience.

+ 4+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports

+ Experience with Rapid Response planning, Agile product data, and Oracle business suite applications.
