This is the Invention Age – and this is where you come in.MCI (Mobile, Compute and Infrastructure) Business Operations is responsible for managing the overall operations for our business unit including demand management, supply/demand, NPI, sustaining lifecycle management and reporting/analytics.The Senior Manager of Business Operations is primarily responsible for driving and overseeing Demand Management for one of the BU’s or product lines within MCI. As a key member of MCI operations, key responsibilities will include working cross functionally to obtain alignment on forecasts across a certain product line or BU within MCI, support customer allocation and working with supply chain to ensure supply. High level responsibilitiesManage the forecast for a BU/product line within MCI and obtain a consensus forecast as part of the monthly forecast cycleGain a solid understanding of product roadmaps, design wins/losses and key customer launches in partnership with product management. Participate in key meetings to ensure alignment with product management, sales and supply chainOversee chipset supply/demand for a specific MCI BU/product lineIdentify significant month over month changes and key drivers and make recommendations to adjust forecast accordinglyConduct data validation, in depth analysis and reportingEstablish a baseline for key customer chipsets and ensure that demand is correctly forecasted across the entire chipsetReview/approve wafer starts for products within area of responsibilityApprove design wins in support of sales and product managementMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years business operations or related experience.ORAssociate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years business operations or related experience.ORHigh school diploma or equivalent and 11+ years business operations or related experience.Preferred Qualifications:• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field.7+ years experience with ERP, CRM (e.g., Sales Force), business analytics (e.g., Tableau), Microsoft suite, or related systems/applications.4+ years experience in Semiconductor or related industry.3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).4+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization.2+ years working with operating budgets and/or project financials. 4+ years of experience in forecasting, operations, product management or supply chain preferred (working knowledge of supply/demand and product lifecycle also preferred)4+ years driving complex analysis to conduct data validation and reportingPhysical Requirements:Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

MCI (Mobile, Compute and Infrastructure) Business Operations is responsible for managing the overall operations for our business unit including demand management, supply/demand, NPI, sustaining lifecycle management and reporting/analytics.

High level responsibilities
+ Manage the forecast for a BU/product line within MCI and obtain a consensus forecast as part of the monthly forecast cycle

+ Establish a baseline for key customer chipsets and ensure that demand is correctly forecasted across the entire chipset
+ Review/approve wafer starts for products within area of responsibility
+ Approve design wins in support of sales and product management
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years business operations or related experience.
OR
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field and 9+ years business operations or related experience.
OR
+ High school diploma or equivalent and 11+ years business operations or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Technical, Marketing, or related field.
