General Summary

The infrastructure IP group consists of a multi-disciplinary group involved from early product specification and analysis effort to final core delivery to the SoCs. Ideal candidates should have strong SoC infrastructure architecture skills, expertise in design verification technics as well as exposure to memory system concepts like DRAM controllers, cache controllers and interconnects. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, enhancing, verifying, and correlating safety architecture and deliverables for all infrastructure IPs. Ideal candidates should be self-starters and have the ability to work with a wide variety of teams.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with memory subsystems for high-performance SoCs including memory controller, caches and interconnects

+ Experience with ISO 26262 concepts, ASIL requirements, automotive SoCs

+ Experience with high-performance, low power micro-architecture concepts

+ Experience in Verilog and experience using simulator and waveform debugging tools.

+ Experience in logic design principles with timing, area and power implications.

+ Experience with performance modeling (SystemC/TLM)

Physical Requirements

• Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.

• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.

• Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).

• Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

• Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

Bachelors – Computer Science, Bachelors – Engineering, Bachelors – Information Systems

Work Experiences:

5+ years of Systems engineering or related work experience.

1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above). ,3+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization. ,3+ years experience with Database Management Software. ,3+ years experience with Development Environment Software such as Apache Maven, Ruby, etc. ,3+ years experience with Testing Software such as Bugzilla, LoadRunner, etc. ,8+ years Systems Engineering or related work experience.
