GENERAL SUMMARY

Role is to drive all execution aspects for premium-tier(CPU-SoC) products. Manage day-to-day operations of Nuvia Team, including Design Engineering, Design Verification, DFT, and Implementation teams. Monitor progress on all activities and make necessary adjustments to keep premium-tier chipset development on track. Set project key milestones, including quality standards, schedules, and resource allocations. Requires effective management of the team to influence next-generation developments, and participate in strategy development by being a key member of the Initiatives Department and Roadmap teams. Additionally, this role will approve and manage department budgets, as well as determine tool buying decisions. Implement flows and methodologies in order to ensure that project leads are developing premium-tier chipsets in accordance with overall project roadmap. Participate in department-wide activities from product planning to initiatives. Responsible for the direct-line managementMinimum Qualifications: 15+ years technical experience in ASIC Flows, methodologies and technologies15+ years’ experience in at least of one of: Design Engineering, Design Verification or Physical Design fields. Wide knowledge of all 3 is required in addition to knowledge of DFT techniques15+ years of demonstrating knowledge of industry standard EDA tools and best practices for ASIC flows15+ years developing SOC products from concept to high volume production8+ years managing large (> 100 people) engineering organization delivering ASIC/SOC products8+ years of experience developing products in advanced technology nodes until 5nm8+ years’ experience managing budgets, resource allocation, team growth etc for large organizationPreferred Qualifications Experience with CPU – IP, Integration at SOC level.

Physical Requirements• Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.• Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).• Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.• Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.
