We are looking for a talented Staff Systems Analyst with deep knowledge and broad experience in leading and facilitating systems analysis for custom web applications, integrations with HR systems and ecosystem. Systems Analyst will work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives of HR IT. The individual in this role must have comprehensive experience of HR business processes, strong project management skills and exceptional communication skills. This individual must demonstrate good business sense, use data to drive decisions, be an independent thinker, team player and a trusted thought partner. This person will act as an internal consultant to different stakeholders and be part of a team of speciaists that sit in our Technology group. Ability to communicate clearly, work effectively with diverse groups, ability to quickly research, understand and document new processes and requirements are foundational needs for success in this role.

+ 8+ years of IT professional experience

+ Must have proven track record of leading end to end large custom web application development projects.

+ Have a solid understanding of architectural patterns and comfortable with recommending approaches and associated technology choices.

+ Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

+ Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations efficiently

+ Ability to work flexible hours, coordinating with global teams

+ Highly driven, self-managed individual demonstrating initiative and proactiveness

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Deep understanding of software development process, and a track record of delivering high quality application support on time

+ Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and customer service skills

+ Understanding of SQL and relational databases

+ Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

+ Experience implementing systems in multiple regions, familiar with a global work environment

+ Collaborate with senior leadership, senior technologists and business partners to define business processes, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results based on business need.

+ Coordinate with business users and other IT teams to assist in resolving problems with custom web applications and integrations

+ Analyze and troubleshoot business application or integration issues, respond to the end user with a solution or escalate to other IT teams

+ Collaborate with development and Ops teams to deliver incremental application updates and bug fixes

+ Review, analyze and evaluate business requirements

+ Key decision-maker in solution design in collaboration with team lead and other architects

+ Document end to end solution design details. Design and document architecture at multiple levels (high level to detailed)

+ Design and prototype solutions, present options, lead design workshops as needed

+ Document requirements, define scope and objectives for change requests and enhancements to existing systems

+ Lead and influence stakeholders to modernize business systems, identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

+ Participate / lead all aspects of the SDLC from project execution through post-production support.
