General Summary

The Logic architecture group in Qualcomm Technology Incorporation FDIP team enlightens the cutting edge technologies for creating the best IP solution and the breaking through logic architectures.

As a highly motivated teamwork minded crew, you will strongly connect to the leading foundries, process technology, product design, and CAD/EDA teams.

After onboarding to the team you will have the following opportunities and responsibilities.- Leading the standard cell architecture path findings in collaboration with various stake holders- Path finding of new logic technologies and creating architecture specifications- Competitive PPA analysis and driving stdcell library/logic PPA differentiation- Integrating the ideas from the all design hierarchies into the logic architecture specification – Si validation of libraries with tracking yield, Vmin, Power/performance- Leading failure analysis and maintaining reliability specification up to date

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

– In-depth knowledge in the digital CMOS circuit and layout designs- Experiences in process technologies or SoC P&R designs are desired- Familiar with foundry ecosystems and workflows- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead internal and external teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

+ Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile.

+ Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs.

+ Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting).

+ Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

+ Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

Bachelors – Engineering, Bachelors – Science

Work Experiences:

5+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
