Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm’s Corporate Treasury team. This position will support both the Capital Markets and Investment / Fx teams as well as work closely with our India team members. Great opportunity to take prior finance experience and build within Treasury focusing on QCOM’s capital structure, shareholder return, interest and foreign currency risk exposures as well as monitoring and reporting on our investment portfolio. Candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the capacity to see deliverables to completion. Must be comfortable interacting across various finance teams throughout the Company. Position requires a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. Must be highly analytical and possess the ability to work well in a team environment.

This role is responsible for:

Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with other finance groups/BUs across the company to analyze/report short term and long-term cash forecast, used to support investment and capital structure strategy. Forecast quarterly interest expense and interest income, summarizing variances to plan on monthly basis.

Transactional Work: Lead support in all debt capital markets ad-hoc analysis and transactions including areas such as: debt issuance, liability management, rate locks, share repurchases, revolving credit facility, and bank group analysis. Includes analysis/reporting of recommendations to BOD/Finance Committee. Once onboarded.

Investments / Fx: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our internal and external managed investment portfolios. Investment of our Commercial Paper program and analyzing / hedging foreign currency exposures within QCOM.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Working knowledge of Oracle, Cognos TM1 or similar finance system tools is preferred.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

+ Experience utilizing Bloomberg is a Plus.
