Western Resource Advocates (WRA) is seeking a trusted, strategic, and people-centered executive to serve as our next Vice President of Policy and Programs.
Reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the VP will guide WRA’s policy strategy, program alignment, and cross-departmental collaboration. They are an excellent communicator, a steady leader through change, and a thought partner to senior leaders, staff, and external partners alike.
This role can be remote, hybrid, or based in one of WRA’s offices in Denver, Boulder, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Santa Fe, or (coming soon) Reno. Regular travel within the region is expected.
